I started Success Boot Camp with a little trepidation.  I am an over-weight, out-of-shape, middle-aged mom—starting Boot Camp!  But Travis made me comfortable as soon as I walked in the first time. As we did the workout he’d explain the exercises—how to do them and what muscles we should be feeling.  He’d watch and correct you if you needed extra pointers or let you know if you were doing it right.   He encouraged everyone to push themselves, but each of us at our own pace.  Each time I’ve gone to one of Travis’s classes it has been interesting, varied and always addresses legs, abs/core and arms.  With a program and trainer like this – I’m thinking this time I’ll actually get in shape!

I started Success boot camp without really knowing what to expect. In just 4 weeks I've experienced incredibly dynamic and challenging exercises which I have truly enjoyed. All of the teachers offer a variety of styles which keeps it interesting and fun. I never know what the next boot camp session is going to hold but I do know I will get a great workout and burn tons of calories. In those four weeks I've managed to lose 10 lbs already, far faster than I planned! I've also met some fellow boot-campers who are more experienced and very encouraging to me and my weight loss/getting fit journey. I can't wait to keep going and see where I am in another 4 weeks and beyond!

Success Boot Camp has been just the perfect ‘different’ that I was looking for. I like the variety between trainers and variety within the same trainer. I never know what to expect, nor does my body and muscles making for a better workout. I find myself pushing harder in Boot Camp than I would working out on my own.
